FIND US: 1499 Post Alley is below the main entrance of the Market. At First and Pike look south and find Lower Post Alley. The restaurant, IL Bistro, is on the Alley. We are just past IL Bistro. If you go past our shop you will find the Gum Wall. In the photo to the right you can see our shop just underneath the main entrance of the Pike Place Market.

Post Alley runs several blocks north and south, all the way down to Madison. Enter the Alley at First and Pike going south and you wont miss us.

FROM WESTERN AVENUE/WATERFRONT: Our shop is at the top of the hillclimb stairs connecting the Market with Western Avenue. You can also walk up Post Alley from Western and Union to find us at the top.

PARKING: If you drive down Western Avenue, which runs parallel to Pike Place, you will find the Public Market Parking Garage and the Republic Parking Lot. These parking lots have better rates than those on First Avenue. * The Public Market Parking Garage on Western is now offering $5.00/ all night parking starting at 5:00 PM. The Republic parking lot at Western and Union has evening parking rates and the lot is very close to our shop. Their rates are Sun-Thurs $8.00 after 5:00 P.M. and Fri & Sat nights $10.00 after 5:00 P.M.

After 8:00 P.M. street parking is free. If you are coming to one of our earlier tours, parking under the Viaduct allows you to plug the meter for 4 hours. If you time it right, you don't need to plug the meter more than once and you do not have to return at 8:00 to move your car. Also some meters around the Market now allow you to pay for three hours at the end of day.
